  Whenever doing anything remotely creative or innovative I never thought I was good at it. I would always say I didn’t have a creative bone in my body. I never considered how much the creative process is so crucial to working on a project. So, this week, my class and I spent several days discussing the importance of creativity and creative processes. My initial thoughts when first introduced this project was who I was going to work with or whether I was going to work with anyone at all. When it comes to collaborations on projects, who you work with really makes or breaks your final product. This week, with various activities and careful consideration, I finally chose whether or not I will be working with anyone.                When working in a group, you have to keep in mind the different personalities or strengths/ weaknesses within the group. For example, person 1 is very disciplined and responsible but person 2 is lazy and doesn’t contribute to the final product. Do Person 1’s and Person 2’s personalities mesh well, and will they work together to make a great final product? Unlikely.   Finally, decision day is here. Anticipating this day to come, my class and I studied two different editing platforms including “Adobe InDesign” and also “Adobe Premiere Pro” Learning about these different platforms, have played an important role in my decision of which project I want to pursue.   To begin with, “Adobe Premiere Pro” was the movie/ video editing software that my class and I explored. While playing around and exploring this platform, I noticed some really cool features specific to this app. More specifically, the multi-camera editing, time remapping, and also audio mixer. The multi-camera editing feature allows you to view all of the camera footage at the same time and to switch between cameras. Next, the time remapping feature can allow you put multiple points in the video/movie where you can change the speed of playback.
